Conference Vision
As experiential leaders it is our duty to bring meaning to each experience. We are blessed with countless opportunities to engage those around us with new experiences. Experiences that bring about growth and self awareness are often overlooked until viewed through the experiential lens we provide. It is here at the heart of what we do that the weight of our responsibility becomes apparent:
The margin by which we are able to elevate individuals, we are also capable of reducing them by.
Through this conference, we desire to provide an environment that will enable introspective reflection upon current practices and the formation of tangible steps towards powerful, meaningful programming.
